Living, Death and Best Pua Routine Stacks book

Pua Routine Sammlung pdfKatelyn Ohashi, floor: Ohashi's mournful intro music fits the mood in here at the moment ... 1.5 to fornt double full, good. Memmel turn. Switch, split half. Complete twisting double pike. Tourjete full. Muscles around 2.5 to punch front, makes it around. Hmmm ...

Lizzy LeDuc, bars: Needs to improvise early on after not quite going over in handstand on low bar. Tkatchev. Tow stalder to bail, a little overbalance. Wnat to see more of a handstand prior to Ray. Pulled a double design around to a stuck landing.

Katelyn Ohashi, bars: Toe hecht to high, toe stalder full to Tkatchev. Inside stalder blind to Endo to Jaeger - missed out on. Valeri Liukin captured her in the air. Looks a bit rattled. Toe hecht to high. Stuck full twisting double tuck. Appreciative applause.

Wieber is choosing a full beam routine: Solid front aerial, one arm bhs, design. Switch back pike. Jumps. Arms windmilled on side somie but saved it. Full turn with leg up. Switch side. Side aerial. Standing complete with just a little a wobble. Two bhs to double pike with an advance.

4:35 p.m.: First image galleries of podium training have been submitted! Inspect at the bottom of this post for some photos of these junior women, and click over to the earlier guys's podium training post for a gallery of images from today's guys's training. Ultimately I'll compose captions, but there's not enough time now. Lots more to come.

Talia Chiarelli of Brestyan's is having a tough time with her DTY. She's missed out on like three of them since she doesn't have the height, though she does have the rotation. This ends with her landeding on her side.Pua New Routines bookPua Routine Manual manual
